Dear Barone Spinal Care, October 23, 2008
I am 23 years old and have been suffering with many symptoms since I can remember. I wasdiagnosed with scoliosis in the 3rdgrade and went to several chiropractors that did nothing for me. I would have severe migrainesa couple times a week that wouldn’t allow me to work or go to school. I was on Imitrex 200mg that would barely relieve the pain. It was excruciating! Some other symptoms I had included constant neck pain, constant headaches, horrible allergies in the Spring and Fall, very painful acid reflux that caused me to almost throw up at times, low back pain, grinding of my teeth, leg cramps at night, knee pain whenever I stood, walked or worked out for over 5 minutes at a time, and tingling in my feet that would occur every night for hours on end. On top of these symptoms I suffered from severe depression and anxietysince I was a junior in high school. I was also diagnosed with adult ADHD when I was a senior in high school. All of these issues we so overwhelming at my age and I had no hope. I thought, if I’m this bad at this age I wonder how I’ll be in 20 years!
In the spring of 2008 I started care at Barone Spinal Care. After everything I had heard I was so excited to start and hopefully get some relief! After the first few adjustments I was skeptical because I got very nauseous and sick. But on the other hand, I was immediately walking straighter, my hips were more level, and my posture was better than ever!My parents saw me after the first adjustment and were amazed! Those aren’t the only things that improved! I have fewer headaches, no migraines, no more grinding of the teeth, less neck pain, hardly any acid reflux, no low back pain, no leg cramps, and less tingling in the feet. It is fall and I haven’t had any allergies! Also, I am on NO more medication! My depression is gone and I don’t have any anxiety! Those are the two things I thought I would never get rid of!
I am so grateful for all of the doctors at Barone Spinal Care! I am so amazed at how they have helped me and how they continue to help others! It truly is a blessing! Thank you so much and God bless!

Dear Dr. Barone,
I am 18 years old and have had a variety of problems including scoliosis, dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pain, nausea, paresthesia, lack of energy, and acid reflux. I did not correlate these problems with my atlas bone being out of place until I came to Barone Spinal Care and Performance. I didn’t even know that my atlas bone was twisted until coming to Barone. They told me that my nerves were traveling through a much smaller hole than they were supposed to because of my twisted atlas bone. I have had a few concussions when I was younger which may have caused this, or I was born with my atlas bone out of place. Either way it has caused me a lot of problems that Nucca chiropractic is now beginning to correct. My health took a huge plunge this year, which was very discouraging to me as I do cross country, speed skating, and track. I have been speed skating since a little girl and have a big passion for it. I have been competing at a national and world level and recently went on a trip to Changchun, China in March to compete in the Junior World Long track Speedskating competition. Barone Spinal Care and Performance helped me prepare for this trip. Since starting at Barone in early February, my health has taken a huge turn in a good direction, and my skating times have improved. Many of my symptoms are gone or getting better, and I am standing a little taller. I’m hoping that Nucca Chiropractic will continue to straighten and heal my body. The doctors and staff are very friendly and welcoming, and I thank the Lord for bringing me to Barone Spinal Care and Performance.
