My name is Karyn Feuling and I just turned 40 years old. Since I was a teen, I have always had a problem with motion sickness. Traveling in any kind of way, brought on significant problems such as…head pain (feeling as if there was a vice around my neck), headaches, nausea, neck and shoulder pain, trigger points, drowsiness, and fatigue. Whiplash would be a good word to describe how I felt most of the time. It would take me days to unwind after traveling in order to enjoy the destination. Even without traveling, I would still also experience these symptoms. I have sought many types of therapies to help correct these problems, all of which would bring some relief, but not in full. I have training as an herbalist and naturopath and I worked at a chiropractic college for several years. I thought I had exhausted every means of possible correction. I’ve used exercise, chiropractic, massage, naprapathy, cranial sacral therapy, herbal supplements and creams. Often just sleeping for hours would help relieve some of these tensions. It really has been progressively getting worse, to the point where even driving myself places has become difficult, let alone driving with others.
My father had learned about Barone Spinal Care on the local Christian radio station. Dr. Barone was able to help him with problems that he’s had for over 50 years. He encouraged me to go see him, too. I relunctantly went, thinking that no one could help me. I am so glad I was wrong! I started seeing Dr. Barone in June of 2012. I came in for a consultation and had the x-rays taken. And these were no ordinary x-rays. They were the most comprehensive x-rays on my scull that I have ever seen. After the explanation of his findings…I was hopeful. Then I was thrilled to experience my first treatment. Dr. Barone had me lay on my side and he very lightly maneuvered a small area in my upper cervical area. It was a simple, few seconds experience, and very light touch. Upon standing and walking I could feel that the “vice-like” symptoms in my neck had disappeared! My past experiences had included hours spent on a table, where the pain would leave only in part. But this was extremely different. The results were one hundred percent relief in a mere matter of seconds. My whiplash feelings were gone. (I might add here that I have been in many car collisions where I really did have whiplash. My daily sufferings could have come from those experiences). I came for treatments twice a week, and then once a week, and now once every other week. My neck pains would return if my C1 was out. Upon getting a treatment to put it back in, the pains would be gone, again. Unbelievable! I wish the C1 would stay permanently in place, however, the longer I have received treatments, the longer it stays in. I am forever grateful and will continue to come for treatments.
This has changed my life in so many ways. It has been close to 30 years that I have suffered with this problem. Now I live without pain, I sleep better, I function better in the evening, and I can travel without this huge debilitation. It has saved me time, money, and energy. It is amazing that I can travel in cars, buses, trains, planes, and boats without feeling like I’m going to pass out. I can vacation with family and friends without the fear of feeling non-functional for most of the trip. I can exercise to improve health without pain along the way. I don’t find myself canceling going places, or meeting with people. I accomplish more and there is more harmony in my home life, as I feel like a completely new person. I am so thankful to Dr. Barone and his entire staff for their kind and welcoming attitudes for the entirety of my experience. I know God has plans for me that I would not have been physically capable of before. I thank Dr. Barone for enhancing my life. He is a master at his craft.

I met Dr. Landholm at the Abilities Expo at the Schaumburg Renaissance’s Center in June of 2015. I have been coming to you now for 1 year and the difference in my health is unbelievable.
I had been suffering from terrible lower back pain, numbness in my right hand, pain in my right leg and knee for about 9 months. I was also on high blood pressure medication. After my treatments, my pain is gone in my back and leg and I am no longer on medication for my blood pressure.
I can’t tell you how grateful I am that I met Dr. Landholm and decided to make that initial appointment. I have recommended you to friends that I know could benefit from your services.
