The mission of Barone Spinal Care is to raise the standard of healthcare in our community by delivering upper cervical chiropractic care that is both high quality and accessible. Barone Spinal Care will offer healthcare in a positive, fun, energetic, and compassionate environment.

Dr. Jeremy R. Barone was born in Buffalo, NY. He is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served aboard the USS George Washington, a nuclear powered aircraft carrier. After leaving the Navy, he married his wife Andria and soon thereafter had two daughters, Sierra and Rebecca. Dr. Barone completed his undergraduate studies at Western Piedmont and Lenoir Rhyne Colleges in North Carolina, where he served in student council and was awarded the honor of dean’s list student for his academic performance. Dr. Barone was awarded his Doctor of chiropractic degree from the Palmer College of chiropractic (The fountainhead) in Davenport, Iowa. He served as both Class President and NUCCA club president, while attending Palmer.
Dr. Barone is the Founder and President of Barone Spinal Care which was founded in May of 2003. He is an adjunct faculty member at Palmer College of chiropractic, where he teaches upper cervical chiropractic regularly. Dr. Barone also teaches at Upper Cervical conferences at different locations throughout the country. Dr. Barone has a weekly radio program called “BACK TO HEALTH” on, AM 1160 (WYLL) at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoons in Chicago. He is a doctor that cares immensely for his practice members. He has a real desire to help people get relief from their problems and increase their overall level of performance, so they can live happier, healthier lives. |

Dr. Darrin Redinger is an upper cervical chiropractor and associate doctor at Barone Spinal Care. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma in Norman where he graduated with distinction while earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Redinger, originally from Seiling, OK., graduated from Palmer College of chiropractic in Davenport, IA before joining the BSC team full time in July 2005. His experience at Palmer proved to be the pinnacle of his education as it was there he began to understand the importance of spinal alignment and its’ direct effect on the nervous system and overall health and well-being.
While at Palmer he was a member of the Student Alumni Association, Pi Tau Delta National chiropractic Honor Society, graduated Magna Cum laude, and he served as Secretary of the NUCCA (National upper cervical chiropractic Association) club.
His purpose in life is to educate people about the benefits of a properly functioning nervous system and to provide the highest quality of chiropractic care and information to those seeking to lead their lives in a more balanced and purposeful way. |
Mary Gooden has worked for Barone Spinal Care on a part-time basis since May 2004. She initially helped out at the front desk and is now responsible for many of the tasks in the Financial Services Department.
When Mary is not at Barone Spinal Care, she works from her home as a freelance proofreader.
Mary has a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
Angie Recendez has worked in the healthcare field for two years. She started off working as a
dental assistant and is currently working as a chiropractic assistant at Barone Spinal Care.
She is enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago in a pre-chiropractic program as a
chemistry major. After experiencing amazing results while under Dr. Barone’s care and
observing the results of others, she has decided to become a chiropractor herself.
